I found a very beautiful, very sad, very catchy stop-motion (actually, I think it might be CGI, it's far too smooth to be stop-motion) video called Tais-toi mon coeur by steampunk-esque French band Dionysos.

I think it kicks Tim Burton in the derrière. Not that I'm bad-mouthing his work, you understand.

Anyway, whilst I'm in the process of removing my foot from my mouth, just watch the video, it really is gorgeous.

~myspeedofdark is one of my best friends, I've known her since secondary school and have had the pleasure of watching her artwork and style evolve. She has such an amazing and diverse gallery, so please go and take a look. It was hard picking out only a few thumbnails, because everything in her gallery is gorgeous. ~connorlassey is someone who I only discovered yesterday. Not only does he have a lovely gallery, but he also has a great attitude and friendly personality to top it off. It was a real pleasure taking a meander through his gallery.




~lilypearl007 is a very good RL friend of mine. When she finally got a DA account, I felt like I was seeing an entirely different side of her. It was upsetting, but I feel like I got to know her a little better. She never fails to move me.

I have a lot of art to upload, myself. But currently I lack a scanner, and Photoshop seems to enjoy inflicting rapespider syndrome on my computer. Yay. I am not a very merry Laura. >:{

I'm working on a little drawing of ~myspeedofdark as a very late (cheap) birthday present. I will not sleep with either her or her mother, as requested. Even though she secretly wants me to enter her like a warm kitten covered in butter. Much like how *goblinsliveinmytrous wants Davis to do much the same to him.

Ah...I seem to be wondering off into the obscure realm of private jokes here.
